Due to a bereavement in the Parish, the Ballycastle/Belderrig Parish Party has been POSTPONED until Sunday January 11th. Tickets bought are valid for the new date. If you would like a refund please contact Éilis on 087 7936942 or Magaret on 087 2858332.

We were once again delighted to support the Céide Coast Atlantic Run 🥣

Thank you to Belderrig Community Centre for your continued support of The Céide Coast Atlantic Run

The chef Boris Pries once again kindly supplied us with some delicious soup for our race participants.

Belderrig Community Centre runs a takeaway service each Saturday from 4:30pm - 8:00pm and breakfast is served from 10:30am on Sunday.

Belderrig Community Centre is available for
bookings for classes and meetings.

2000: Belderrig Community Centre and the Research Centre were opened by the late Minister Noel Treacy.

In 25 years our community centre has had various rolls down through the years;

School: In 2001 while works were being completed St. Deirbhla's national school relocated to the Centre for two weeks.

Restaurant: 2015 saw the beginning of our catering adventure.

Chapel: During renovations of St. Teresa's Church the Centre became a chapel! Locals could attend Mass on Sunday and afterwards enjoy breakfast from the kitchen!

Takeaway: In 2016 a takeaway service was established and rubs every Saturday.

Shop: During the Covid-19 pandemic the Centre committee established a community shop.

Wedding venue: In 2021 hosted its first wedding reception.

In the past twenty five years the Centre has seen times of sadness and times of joy.

The Centre committee would like to thank everyone for continued support.

Here's to another twenty five years.
