We spent a lovely afternoon on the Vintage Tea Trips bus where we enjoyed some afternoon tea and a tour around the city. 🍰🧁 🫖

Today concluded our 7 week Tai Chi & Qi Gong programme with our instructor John Collins.
This was a wonderful few weeks and we really enjoyed learning all the different movements and benefits of it. Big thanks to John who was a fantastic instructor 💫

The team had a great Team Building experience yesterday at Hill of Uisneach. ⛰️🧘‍♀️ The morning started with a lovely outdoor yoga session and guided meditation. 🧘‍♀️🙏 We were then treated to a guided tour of the hill where we learned lots about the local folklore and the myths and legends of the sacred Hill of Uisneach. 🏞️📜

That’s a wrap on our Summer BBQ party in the Radisson for 2026! ☀️🍗💛
This years celebration was a little different as we had also included Noel’s retirement party alongside it 💛
With this, we had plenty of laughs and tears shed but an amazing day all around 💛

Athlone Rehabcare and St Hilda’s pool group that usually meets in the service on a Tuesday finished off the summer on a good note meeting in the Dark Horse for some pool and lunch! 🎱🍔💛
