「義工隊」成立於1983年，由一班熱心服務社會的人士組成。他們來自各行各業，願意貢獻自己的工餘時間，服務殘疾及面對健康挑戰而引致行動不便之人士。
「義工隊」主要為香港復康會的「康樂線」提供服務，讓服務對象透過義工的支援和香港復康會的無障礙交通服務協助下，有機會踏出社區，享受旅遊及外出消遣的樂趣，更可拓闊參加者的社交圈子，以增強其投入社區生活的信心，有助融入社會。
「康樂線」的服務有賴香港公益金及各大企業、公司、團體等贊助，贊助機構更派出員工直接參與推行服務，以締造友愛社會環境，建立社會資本。
