【Nature-based Solutions︱基於自然的解決方案】於曼谷氣候行動周2026期間，思匯政策研究所和國際自然保護聯盟（IUCN）在10月7日合辦「自然向好城市」研討會，匯聚了 IUCN、商界、民間社會和區內業者，共同探討日益迫切的課題：如何在避免為自然和社區帶來新風險的前提下去加快能源轉型？During Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026, Civic Exchange and IUCN convened Nature Positive Cities seminar at One Bangkok, bringing together IUCN, business, civil society and regional practitioners to explore a growing challenge: how can we accelerate the energy transition without creating new risks for nature and communities?
討論指出，下一階段的能源轉型不能只着眼於擴大可再生能源的應用。陸地與海洋資源的競爭、對生物多樣性的影響、社區參與、基建設施，以及數據分散且欠缺整合等因素，都愈來愈影響項目能否順利落實，並以可持續的方式推展。
The discussion showed that the next phase of the transition is not simply about deploying more renewable energy. Land and marine competition, biodiversity impacts, community participation, infrastructure and fragmented data increasingly shape whether projects can be delivered successfully and sustainably.
令人鼓舞的是，解決方案正逐步成形。IUCN正推動全球議程，促進有助自然向好的可再生能源和電網發展。亞洲各地的案例亦展示多種實踐方向，包括由社區參與保育及管理、城市發展、完善生態與社會數據，以及加強跨界別合作等。
Importantly, solutions are emerging. IUCN is advancing a global agenda for nature-positive renewables and grids, while cases from Asia demonstrated approaches spanning community stewardship, urban development, better ecological and social data, and cross-sector collaboration.
思匯認為這正是一個清晰的機遇，我們可連結能源、自然、金融和城市政策，並把全球框架轉化為適用於香港以至不同亞洲城市的具體方案。下一步，是從匯聚各方、促進交流，走向推展示範項目、累積實證，並建立可擴展的模式，推動有助自然向好的能源轉型。
For Civic Exchange, this creates a clear opportunity: connecting energy, nature, finance and urban policy, and translating global frameworks into practical solutions for Hong Kong and Asian cities. The next step is to move from convening to demonstration, evidence and scalable models for a nature-positive energy transition.
