正愛慈善基金會於2010年註冊成為香港慈善機構。藉由其他香港非牟利團體為辦活動資助申請，送暖到受惠對象以長者,孤兒及貧苦學生為主導，將正愛的關懷送暖達到受惠者上。
The name “Seal of Love” originates from
the idea that love and compassion has no geographic or ethnic boundary, and the Foundation uses the Chinese character 愛 as its official logo, which means Love in English.

正愛慈善基金會資助香港理工大學開展「心理彈跳站」計劃

正愛慈善基金會捐款支持香港理工大學（理大), 在基金資助下開展「心理彈跳站」計劃。 推動大學成為促進心理健康及協助學生建立抗逆力（resilience）的生態圈，並於2024年8月26日至9月3日推出首個大型校園推廣活動，吸引約3,000名學生參與。

Seal of Love Charitable Foundation sponsored PolyU Resilient Students Training Hub (ReST Hub) project

The Seal of Love Charitable Foundation donated to sponsor the Resilient Students Training Hub (ReST Hub) project at PolyU, a research-driven service and education initiative, with the vision to transform university campuses into mental health and resilience-promotive ecosystems. ReST Hub hosted its first campus-wide promotion event between 26 August and 3 September 2024, which attracted around 3,000 students.
