They are looking forward to attending future meetings and getting stuck into discussions and projects linked to the Autism Strategy.

We wanted to give a shout to Matteo. He joined Amy on Thursday evening to co-deliver an online session about Participation and Co-production.

This was his first time supporting with delivery and he was amazing! He shared what it means to young people to be involved and how provision can be improved as a consequence. His input was essential to help attendees really see the value of hearing from children and young people with SEND.

Well done Matteo! Thank you for your time and effort. And thank you for saying you would do another session with us 😃

Would you like to share your opinions at a National level? This might be just the opportunity for you.

This Power Hour, on Monday 15th June is about Inclusion in Schools. The meeting is online and is from 6.30- 7.30pm.

Email [email protected] for the link or more information.

🚩Inclusion shouldn’t be a buzzword. It shouldn’t be something done to young people with SEND — it should be built by the people it affects. That means YOU 🫵

📢We’re running a session to define what the principles of inclusion should be, and we want young people at the centre of it. Bring your ideas, your experiences, your frustrations, your vision

🗓️ Monday 15th June
🕡 6:30pm - 7:30pm

If you’re 13–25 with SEND and care about fairness, accessibility, representation or just making things better for yourself and others... this is your moment, this is your space 🌟
