Right now, 1 in 10 children don’t have a book at home. That’s why we’re proud to be working with Twinkl, who are helping us change that by donating 60,000 books to our Squirrels and Beavers. 📚

To make it extra special, Chief Scout, Dwayne Fields has written the foreword, cheering on our youngest Scouts as they discover the joy of reading.

The countdown is officially on for Worcester District Camp 2026, and we can't wait to welcome everyone for a weekend packed with adventure, laughter, campfires, new friendships... and a very special birthday celebration! 🥳🎂

This year we'll be celebrating some huge milestones across our Scouting family:
🧡 Squirrels – 5 years
🦫 Beavers – 40 years
🐺 Cubs – 110 years

So dig out those sleeping bags, find those torches, dust off those uniforms, and get ready for an unforgettable weekend at Ridgeway Campsite! 🌲🔥

Happy Birthday Sir David

Today our cubs went to Worcester bus station on a First bus.

We looked out for the road signs and crossings we learnt last week.

At the station we had a look at the staff room and how the drivers find out their routes and shifts.

We then went to the mechanics yard and had a look at how they fix the buses from the pits underneath.

Then a quick trip onto a double decker to have a look upstairs.

We then went through the bus car wash, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Finally a trip back on the bus to meet our grown ups. Thank you First Bus Worcester!
