Exciting News for Worcester!!!
We are proud to announce the upcoming launch of N-hance Training Academy CIC — a new specialist post-16 alternative provision with a clear and urgent mission: building futures through technical education.
Too many young people are being left behind in vocational learning, while the UK faces a growing shortage of skilled workers. N-hance Training Academy will provide inclusive opportunities for learners aged 16–19, with no restrictions on EHCPs or background.
We will also support 14–16 year olds who are NEET, home-educated, excluded, or struggling in mainstream education.
Our programme will include:
*Practical, hands-on training in trades such as plumbing, hair, and carpentry
*Life skills and employability coaching
*Pastoral, mental health, and SEND support
*Strong partnerships with industry to provide high-quality work experience
*Our vision is a community where every young person can gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive — while contributing to closing the UK’s critical skills gap.
This project began over two years ago, when founders Sian and Sarah came together to address the challenges faced by students who struggle with an academic-only curriculum in Years 10 and 11. After seeing the impact within their own families and schools, they created N-Hance to give young people and schools a much-needed alternative. Today, that vision is becoming a reality.
