πŸ”¨πŸŒ± HOPE MEN’S SOCIAL & SKILLS – LET’S BUILD SOMETHING!

Our new Social & Skills group for men starts on Wednesday 16th September, and for our first session we’re getting straight to work!

πŸͺš THE FIRST CHALLENGE: BUILD A PLANTER

We’ll be working together to turn timber into planters, measuring, cutting, drilling, assembling and hopefully ending up with something that actually resembles a planter! πŸ˜‚

You don’t need any experience but maybe you already know your way around a drill and can share what you know. Maybe you’ve never picked one up before and want to learn. Either is absolutely fine.

πŸ”¨ Use tools and learn practical skills
🧰 Share skills you already have
🌱 Learn something new
πŸ’¬ Practise your English naturally while you work
β˜• Have a cuppa and a chat
πŸ‘‹ Meet other local men

And the planters are just the beginning. We’ll also be looking at bike rides, practical projects, outdoor activities and whatever skills the group itself wants to bring to the table.

πŸ“… Wednesday 16th September
⏰ 10am - 11.30am
πŸ“ Hope Community Project, Ling House, Heath Town, WV10 0HH
πŸ“ž 01902 556645 or book https://eequ.org/book/hope-mens-social-and-skills-group-with-hope-community-project-wolverhampton-34308

Know a man who'd enjoy getting stuck into this? Tag him or send this his way. πŸ”¨πŸš²β˜•
