On Saturday we had a service team day out at Patshull Activity Centre. The task was to clear the site of brash and logged trees, to fill the fire wood store back up!

Big thank you to 2nd Wednesfield Explorers, 37th Scouts and 1st Fordhouses Scouts for all their hard work, Patshull have been very appreciative of the work completed.

One leader got so enthusiastic he fell over with enthusiasm 🤣

We've got a range of roles available to help run our site and provide thousands of young people with outdoor adventure and learning opportunities!

You could be helping with anything from instructing axe throwing or zip lining activities, to helping clean our accomodation building or mowing grass across our 20 acre site - there are lots of different roles you could get involved with and we'd love to hear from you!

▪️ Farm education or animal volunteers
▪️ Gardening/groundkeeping volunteers
▪️ Shop volunteers

It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news of Pam Walkers passing.

Pam passed peacefully in Stafford on the morning of Sunday 1st November.

Following her wishes, there will be a Pure Cremation and her family will take her ashes to be scattered on the way to Barmouth where her parents are also scattered.

We remember the many years of service Pam gave to Scouting at Bushbury and District.

Our thoughts are with her family and all who remember her, may she rest in peace.
