I know I’ve been a little bit quite recently but I’ve been busy…
My last adventure was with The Boys' Brigade Mountaineering Club on their adventure camp in Dyffryn.
They got up to lots of great adventures, he’s me looking at them playing a funny game with a whistling ball thing…
The boys all seemed to like it but I just couldn’t understand it.
I’m told there’s going to be a video on the Bromsgrove BB page soon.

My adventure continued to a third mountain top, I won’t begin to try and say what I think I heard as it was incommunicable in my opinion.
There were two young men out putting tents up ON THE TOP OF A MOUNTAIN! I ask you!
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, unbelievable behaviour.

Now, did I say it was cold and raining earlier?

Well, it was, and I only had my hoodie to keep me warm!

The funny speaking continued and I can’t even begin to describe what it sounded like, but I did take the opportunity for another photo, it was high up, couldn’t make out much because of the clouds. It felt like we were up in them we were that high!

I did hear talk about Emma o’Heed, she must be a famous Irish singer as there’s lots of videos about her singing on YouTube apparently…

So, it would appear, that I’ve ended up in Wales!

I heard the man say something in a foreign language, it sounded like ‘van hear’ but I couldn’t see a van anywhere… I think he’s a bit doolally myself.

Anyway, a bit later on it got cold and started to rain, so whilst my Sherpa was finding his waterproof coat, he found me hidden away in his rucksack!

He seemed happy enough that I’d come along too, don’t you think?

I did a thing…
I’ve been away, again. This time a bit further than the Isle of Wight.
I went on a road trip, with two of the boys from Bromsgrove BB. They and there family were lovely and took really good care of me whilst we were away.
There were also some other little characters that went along.
I watched them swim as they wouldn’t let me get wet and we went to the see. I thought I could see yellow ducks but was informed they were ‘boys’. They looked nothing like ‘boys’ but I didn’t want to argue with the family so let them think they were right.
Then I went to the Matterhorn, a great big pointy rock that reminds me of chocolate, I was told people like to climb it, but I had enough trying to deal with the rock I was under, let alone climb the mountain.
Lastly we saw this beautiful sunset, ah a reminder of previous camping trips…
I have some more stories to share from my summer of adventures, so keep watching.

I’ve been on my holidays,
I went with two boys from Bromsgrove BB and had a great time on the Isle of Wight.
I went o a huge boat that swallowed everyone’s vehicles, thankfully we got out alive on a beautiful island. I had a great view out of the window…
They took me to a big dark room to watch little yellow pole pole and a man with a big long nose.
I watched them grow bits of wood at more bits of wood on the grass and kept shouting out numbers, they got very excited about this.
They also took me to a model village, it was very small, but ever so impressive. I saw people getting married, watched a game of cricket (that seemed so slow) and some oddly dressed boys and girls trying to camp, it didn’t look as good as when we went to Aztec camp last month…
I had a great time with this family and am already looking forward to my next adventures with another BB family soon!

I clearly have a head for heights!
This is me and one of the Anchors from Bromsgrove BB as I ‘guided’ him up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in May.
I love my adventures with The Boys’ Brigade.
