Course Description

This half day course has been developed with members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and covers:
What is Dog First Aid:- How to be legally compliant,
First Aid Equipment
Dog Assessment:- The Foundations, Body Check, Vital Signs
CPR including practical.
Seizures
Bleeds and Practical Bandaging
Shock
GDV
Burns & Scalds
Toxicity
Heat stroke
Choking.
On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years, Dog First Aid - My Training Notes Book, Dog First Aid Training Handbook and an " I am a Certified Dog First Aider Card "
