Receiving beautiful messages like this from our members’ families really means so much to the whole team. Thank you for letting us be a part of your Mum’s week!

We always aim to keep things fresh, fun, and stimulating at Winchcombe Day Centre. Our team works hard to design a varied calendar of activities that brings everyone together for moments of gentle nostalgia, wonder, and fun.

Join us this Friday 5 June at the Winchcombe Day Centre Building for our Dementia-friendly Film Club. We are screening the absolute best version of The Jungle Book - the unforgettable, original 1967 classic! 🎬✨

To celebrate the Cooper's Hill Cheese Rolling, we made our own version of it 🧀

Team Stilton and Team Welsh Rarebit engaged in an intense competition of rolling cheeses down the "slope". There was lots of laughter and we can assure you that everyone's arms and legs remained intact 😜

Do you remember blowing dandelions to make a wish when you were young?

Dandelions can be seen everywhere in the spring season. Although many of us get rid of them from our gardens, they actually have a lot of health benefits such as reducing inflammation and managing blood pressure 👍

More importantly, they have been carrying our seeds of wishes and growing strong all over our beloved nature 💚

Everything you need to know about a typical morning at the Winchcombe Memory Café! 👇

We focus on creating a relaxed, supportive space for anyone living with memory loss and for those who are caring for them.

Whether you’re looking for a friendly chat or just want to enjoy the atmosphere with some refreshments, we’d love to have you join us. The next Memory Cafe session is on Friday 22 May.

The alpacas are in the building!

Who would have thought we could meet with these two alpacas in our Day Centre? They are 10 months old, very new to visiting, but they have definitely lit our day up with their lovely smile and their soft coats!
