As part of the national Let's Dance campaign, Dance with Parkinson's is inviting new dancers to the Winchcombe class for a free trial. Dance is good for your physical, mental and social well-being all at once. It engages so many different parts of the brain at the same time - listening to music, remembering different sequences and interacting with other dancers too.
Join us on Monday 9th March at Abbey Fields Community Centre, Back Lane, Winchcombe GL54 5QH from 2pm - 3.30pm. Any questions? Please email Sarah on [email protected]. (Oh and there are refreshments at the end of each class too!)
