🐾 Meet Jeremy! 🐾

This handsome boy is Jeremy, an eight-month-old pup who recently came to us from the pound, and it's safe to say he has already won every heart here at the rescue. ❤️

Jeremy is an incredibly bright, affectionate young dog with so much love to give. He loves showing off what he knows and is always eager to impress! He can sit, happily give his paw, and will even touch his nose to your hand on cue. Such a clever boy! 🐶✨

Not only is Jeremy smart, but he is also full of personality and charm.

Jeremy is looking for a family who will cherish him, continue his training, and give him all the love he deserves. We know whoever is lucky enough to adopt him will gain a truly special companion.

❤️ Harry doesn't need excitement. He doesn't need adventure.

What Harry needs is peace.

At just 18 months old, life has already asked a lot of him. He's a lovely young dog with so much potential, but right now he desperately needs a home that understands the importance of decompression, patience, and allowing a dog the time to simply breathe.

Harry is looking for a calm, predictable environment where he can switch off, feel safe, and learn that life doesn't always have to be overwhelming.

🐱 Has lived with cats
🏡 Adult-only home or older children

The right home won't expect perfection from day one. They'll give Harry the space and support he needs to settle, and in return they'll get to watch a young dog finally blossom into the companion he's meant to be.

📢 We have 2 remaining coach seats available for our trip to Camp Beagle at MBR Acres on 21st June.

Many of you know that Camp Beagle is a cause very close to our hearts, and we've been supporting it for many years.

We have several first-time attendees joining us, so if you've never been before, you'll be made very welcome.

The coach will be leaving from the rescue.

💖 Meet Georgie 💖

Georgie arrived with us today, and despite being only 7 months old, she has already been through far more than any puppy should.

As a tiny pup, Georgie was sadly dumped and left to fend for herself. Thankfully, her story is now taking a much happier turn, and we're determined to help her find the loving forever home she truly deserves.

Georgie is an absolute sweetheart – super friendly, full of love, and always happy to make new friends. She has such a lovely nature and is a real credit to her resilience after everything she's been through.

Now all this beautiful girl needs is a family of her own, somewhere she can feel safe, loved, and cherished forever.

Meet beautiful Esther ❤️

At around 2 years old, Esther has already been through more than any dog should. After finding herself in the pound, her future was uncertain but now she's safe with us at Somerset & Dorset Animal Rescue and ready to find the loving forever home she truly deserves. 🏡

Despite her difficult start, Esther is the sweetest, gentlest girl you could ever meet. She's a large-sized lady with an even bigger heart ❤️

🐾 Meet Ocho 🐾

This handsome young lad has had a tough start in life, but despite everything, he hasn't let it dull his loving spirit.

Ocho is a big boy with an even bigger heart. Friendly, affectionate, and always ready to make new friends, he's searching for a forever home where he can finally settle down and enjoy the life he deserves.

His favourite thing in the world? Chasing after a ball! He'll happily race after it and then come straight back for a cuddle and some fuss from his favourite people.

Ocho is currently waiting patiently at Somerset & Dorset Animal Rescue, but what he'd love most is a family of his own and a garden where he can play, relax, and soak up the sunshine this summer.
