Signpost is fully committed to the continued provision of counselling, coaching and other support to help young people aged 10-25 and living in Hertfordshire overcome problems in their lives. Counselling provides a safe space for you to process feelings and experiences in which the counsellor will help facilitate your journey. Counselling allows you to reflect on your experiences, identify patterns of behaviour or explore coping strategies to help you navigate everyday life.

A self-soothe box is a simple sensory toolkit you can build to help calm your mind and body when things feel overwhelming. It gives you something gentle and grounding to turn to in difficult moments.

What to include:
Think about things that engage your senses – touch, smell, sight, sound, or taste:
🕯️ A calming scent
🖼️ A grounding image or affirmation
🎶 A soothing sound or playlist
🧸 A small comfort item or treat
