At Herts Mentors, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard and valued 🫶

Our weekly sessions provide a safe and welcoming space where children can build confidence, make connections, express themselves through creative activities, and develop positive relationships with supportive mentors. 💙

Through play, conversation, crafts and shared experiences, we’re helping young people discover their strengths and believe in themselves.

Location: Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire
Hours: Flexible
Contract: Self-Employed

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people?

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with primary and secondary school-aged children in the community, including those with SEND and complex needs.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and empowering young people to grow in confidence, build life skills, and move forward with positivity.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
✅ Positive and reliable
✅ Experienced in working with children or young people
✅ Skilled at building trust and meaningful relationships
✅ Calm, creative, and confident in community settings
