🎃👻 What a spooktacular time! 👻🎃

Our Halloween party was full of frightful fun, fabulous costumes and plenty of smiles! From spooky nibbles and drinks to music, singing and dancing, everyone got into the Halloween spirit and had a fantastic time! 🕷️🧡

Although our planned entertainer had to cancel, that certainly didn't stop the fun! We made our own entertainment, hit the dance floor and proved that there's no stopping a good party at Courtland Lodge! 💃🕺

We also had the excitement of drawing our Halloween raffle, with our lovely residents lending a helping hand to pick out the winning tickets. A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all our lucky winners! 🏆🎟️

A big thank you to everyone who joined in, dressed up and helped make the day so special 👻

Today was all about getting into the halloween spirit with pumpkin carving.our residents had a fantastic time getting stuck in with families joining in the fun too. 🎃🎃

Yesterday we enjoyed our Yoga session with our wonderful volunteer Dipa ✨🧘‍♀️

Our residents had a fantastic time taking part in gentle stretches, relaxing movements and enjoying a lovely opportunity to unwind together, with relaxing music too 🥰

A huge thank you to Dipa for giving her time and bringing such positive energy to our home. We really appreciate you! 💐

We’re already looking forward to our next session! 🌸

On Friday, we proudly took part in Wear It Pink for Breast Cancer Now! 🎀💗

We enjoyed a lovely 🩷PINK🩷 Coffee Morning, filled with tasty pink treats, drinks and lots of smiles! 🧁☕

Breast cancer is a cause close to many hearts, and we know how important it is to raise awareness and show our support to everyone affected. We’re sending some extra love to our wonderful colleague Elsa, who is going through her own journey at the moment. 💗🎀

A huge thank you to all our lovely residents, staff, family members and even Oreo the dog 🐶 who wore pink🩷, joined in and helped make the day so special. Especially our wonderful Senior Elisa that made delicious pink cakes! 🎀🧁 It means so much to come together as a Courtland Lodge family to support such an important cause. 💕

✨ Getting into the groove with Glow With The Flow! 💃🕺🌈

Our residents have been lighting up the room with our Glow With The Flow musical movement sessions! 🎶✨

With glow sticks in hand, plenty of music and lots of smiles, everyone got involved and had a brilliant time moving to the beat! 🩷💙

It’s wonderful to see everyone having fun, keeping active and enjoying music together🥰

🌧️🎬 Lights down, volume up, and let the laughter begin! 🍿

On this drizzly day, we decided to get cosy in our Best Friends Diner for a movie! 🍿❤️
We settled down to watch Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Movie, enjoyed plenty of cinema snacks, and had lots of laughs along the way! 😂🥰
Sometimes, the best days are the simplest ones, good company, tasty treats and lots of laughter! 💕🍿

🎸🎶 A fantastic morning of music, singing and dancing! 🎶🎸

Our Best Friends Diner was full of smiles, laughter and toe-tapping tunes today as we enjoyed brilliant entertainment from David Brierley!

Our residents loved singing along to some familiar favourites, clapping to the beat and even getting up for a little dance! 💃🕺

A huge thank you to David for such a wonderful morning!🎵

🦉 We had a lovely little visitor today! 💕

Amber from Performing Pets brought along Barbie, the beautiful barn owl, to meet our residents, and she certainly stole the show! 🦉✨

Our residents absolutely loved meeting Barbie, feeling her incredibly soft feathers and even having the opportunity to hold her. There were lots of smiles and special moments shared during this wonderful pet therapy session. 🥰

A huge thank you to Amber and Performing Pets for bringing Barbie in to brighten everyone’s day. We can’t wait to see you again! 💗
