We had a lovely day out at Ayletts Nurseries with our residents Jean, Lily, Bibi and Jeanette, alongside staff Sophie, Amanda, Sarah and Jasmin 🌸

Everyone enjoyed looking around the beautiful flowers and scenery, and we even picked up some tomato plants to bring back with us 🍅🌿

After exploring, we stopped at the café for coffee and jam scones, the perfect way to finish a lovely afternoon together ☕🍰

Lots of smiles, laughter and happy memories made today ❤️🌸🌺🌼

Today our residents had lots of fun taking part in our glow stick exercises “Glow with the Flow”! 🌟
Some of our residents and staff also showed our support for Mental Health Awareness Week by wearing green today. 💚

Exercise and movement can have such a positive impact on mental wellbeing, helping to lift mood, reduce stress, encourage social connection, and bring smiles all around. 😊

It was wonderful to see everyone joining in, keeping active, glowing bright, and enjoying the fun together! ✨🕺💃

We had 2 wonderful visitors, Flower and Bambi the 10 week old goats 🐐 🥰
