Glenariffe Community and Recreation Centre Activities: Monthly programme of fitness classes and health & wellbeing, arts & crafts, social & leisure activities. The Centre is also home to Oisins CLG.

Glenariffe Community and Recreation Centre is a health and wellbeing hub in the Glens of Antrim owned and managed by Friends of Glenariffe, a registered charity. Glenariffe Community & Recreation Centre offers a range of facilities, classes and activities designed to cater for people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and interests. Facilities: Gym 208 (12-station gym with cardio and strength equ

ipment), multi-purpose function room, kitchen, changing rooms, lift and outdoor space with a ball wall. Room Hire: Our function room and smaller rooms can be hired for meetings, classes, conferences or private events such as parties, funeral refreshments etc.

Join us tomorrow night for family bingo! No need to book, just bring along your friends and family - and your favourite tipple as it's a BYO. We'll supply the ice and glasses along with the tea and buns at half time!

🌟Kids summer activities available to book now!✨

The first two weeks of activities are now available to book online https://glenariffecrc.org/classes-events.

We have lots on including Kids Yoga, Fitness Freddie's Fun & Fit Camp and the return of the popular Coding Camp!

Our classes fill up quickly so if there are no places left to book, please join the waitlist and we’ll contact you if a place becomes available, or we run an extra class.

Next set of kids classes will be released Friday 3rd July at 5pm!

MINDFUL HATHA YOGA - Sunday 10am.

Come and enjoy some quality 'me time' on Sunday at 10am in this relaxing, mindful yoga class which will also help improve your flexibility, strength and balance. Don't forget to bring along a wee blanket and cushion to chill out in comfort at end of the class.

☀️KIDS SUMMER ACTIVITY PROGRAMME☀️
Check out our 6-week bumper programme of summer activities for Kids aged 5-12.
We're running activities through July and August and releasing 2 weeks of activities at a time to give everyone a chance to book.
First release of bookings will become available on our website on Friday 19th June at 5pm!

Chair Aerobics back tomorrow! Drop in and give it a go - running every Thursday until the 25th June, £3 per class.

11:15am-12:15am with Caitriona Kerr.

Chair Aerobics is low Impact exercise, providing a safe and effective way to improve cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Workouts use a chair for support, making them suitable for those with balance issues or limited mobility.
