Reminder of changes due to the upcoming transfer of the Warwickshire 0-5 Service to HCRG Care Group.

📣Infant Feeding support groups will not be running from 24/11/25 until 28/11/25, with support groups restarting week commencing 1/12/2025📣

📣Well baby drop-in clinics will not be running from 24/11/25 until 5/12/25, with clinics restarting week commencing 8/12/25.📣

The ChatHealth Messaging Service in Warwickshire is temporarily closed. Your message will not be seen and will be deleted to maintain your privacy.
This service will be recommenced on the 1st of December, on the same telephone number: 07520 615293

The telephone advice line will stop on 24/11/25 at 16:30 and recommence on 2/12/25 at 0300 2470072.

Please note: If your child is unwell, please contact NHS 111, GP, or in an emergency, attend A&E or phone 999. 📣

📢Transfer of Warwickshire 0-5 Service to HCRG Care Group📢

From 1 December 2025, the 0–5 Service will transfer from South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) to HCRG Care Group. This change is part of local service arrangements to continue providing high-quality care for children, young people, and families.

Please be reassured that our Trust is working extremely closely with HCRG Care Group and Warwickshire County Council (who awarded the contract of this service to HCRG Care Group) to ensure your care continues without interruption and your health records transfer securely to HCRG Care Group. These records will continue to be managed in line with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice, the Data Protection Act 2018, and UK GDPR.

Your information will remain confidential and used only for your care.

You have the right to:
🔵Access your records (known as a Subject Access Request).
🔵Ask questions about how your information is used.
🔵Raise concerns about data protection.
