We had a really lovely morning at Commerce House on Tuesday!

We joined the Stand Holder Speed Networking session ahead of Let’s Do Business, and it was a great chance to meet some of the other businesses taking part, have a chat and make a few new connections.

We’re really looking forward to Let’s Do Business now - hopefully we’ll see some familiar faces there! 👋

Whatever today brings, remember that your results are just one small part of your story. They don’t measure your worth, your potential or everything that makes you you.

You might be celebrating, disappointed, relieved, worried - or feeling a bit of everything. Whatever you’re feeling is okay.

Take a breath, be kind to yourself and remember: there is so much more to life than your exam results.

And if today feels difficult, you don’t have to face it alone.

🚜 Join us for the Thomas Pegg Tractor Run

We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in the Thomas Pegg Tractor Run and to everyone who comes along to support what promises to be a fantastic day.

📅 Sunday 6th September 2026
📍 Starting at Adventure Farm, Tatenhill
⏰ Meet from 9am for a 10am start
🎟️ £10 entry – any vehicle welcome!
💚 All proceeds go to charity

Breakfast will be available at Adventure Farm from 9am, before the convoy heads off for a brilliant day on the road.

The event will finish at The C**k Inn, Hanbury, where there will be BBQ food and entertainment available. There is a prompt 10pm departure.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support behind this event and for everyone helping to raise funds for charity. Please like, share and spread the word so we can make this a wonderfully attended event!

💜 A little reminder, especially if you’ve been waiting for exam results…

Whatever the result, it doesn’t define who you are, what you’re capable of, or what your future looks like.

It’s okay to feel proud, disappointed, relieved, worried - or a bit of everything. Give yourself time to process it, and most importantly, be kind to yourself.

There’s so much more to you than a number on a piece of paper.

Take a breath. Be gentle with yourself. And remember, there’s a whole life beyond exams.

Where does your fundraising actually go? 🤔

With funding for free charity services becoming harder than ever to secure, charging subsidised rates allows us to keep our doors open. It costs £65 for our team to deliver one professional session - here is how your donations make up the difference across Staffordshire and Derbyshire:

💜£5 raised = Covers the subsidy gap for standard sessions so clients only pay £60.

💜 £35 raised = Subsidises a session for someone on a low income (they pay just £30).

💜£50 raised = Subsidises a session for someone in receipt of benefits (they pay just £15 instead of £65).

We never want financial hardship to prevent people from getting help. Thank you for making affordable therapy possible in our local communities!
