The Hobbit Draft is coming to Uttoxeter Hobby Club!

We're getting a box of The Lord of the Rings: The Hobbit Play Boosters arriving tomorrow, and we'd like to turn it into a special draft night at the club!

The plan is:

• £20 entry
• 3 Hobbit Play Boosters per player to draft with
• Prize support from the remaining boosters
• The box also includes a Box Topper, which will be part of the event's special prize pool
• 8 players is the ideal number, with a minimum of 6 needed to run the draft

We're not setting the date just yet. We'd rather give everyone a fair chance to arrange their evening and pick a date that works for the people who actually want to play.

So if you'd be interested in joining us, send us a message and let us know!

We're also planning another special draft night using a Marvel's Super Heros box later on, so if Hobbit isn't your thing, there's another one coming.

This isn't replacing our normal club nights either — it's just something extra we're putting together for everyone who enjoys a good draft.

If you've been waiting for an excuse to get some friends together and play some Magic, this might be it.

Today's the Day! Come and join us at our new venue!

39 Carter Street – The Quakers Building, Uttoxeter

You'll find us next to Wilfred House, tucked just behind some well-maintained trees. If you're struggling to spot the building, that's the best landmark to look out for.

Parking is available on Carter Street, and we're also just a short walk from the town centre car parks, making it easy to reach whichever way you choose to travel.

Whether you're into Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dungeons & Dragons, board games, or just looking to meet fellow hobbyists, we'd love to welcome you!

First time visiting? Your first session is completely FREE!

We're also excited to announce a new family-friendly update:

Children aged 16 and under can now attend FREE when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Why not make it a family hobby? Parents and guardians are welcome to stay, play games, learn something new, and enjoy the community alongside their children.

Everyone is welcome, whether you're a complete beginner or a long-time player. Come along, say hello, and see what we're all about!

Join us on Friday, August 7th for a brand-new TCG Night in Uttoxeter!

We've been invited to a Trading Card Game event hosted by a friend of the club, and we'd love for you to come along!

We'll be there introducing people to a variety of card games, trading cards, chatting with players, and spreading the word about Uttoxeter Hobby Club. It's a great chance to meet fellow TCG fans and, hopefully, welcome some new faces to our future club nights.

Everyone attending is automatically entered into a raffle for a chance to win sealed Pokémon products, with additional raffle tickets available to purchase if you'd like even more chances to win.

Hello, we are in need of possible venues willing to host us tomorrow due to a power outage at our current and possibly longer depending on how long the outage is still around. We only require tables, chairs, access to at least 1 power outlet for a laptop and the space to be relatively peaceful. If this need becomes a longer term requirement then we can discuss it the situation develops
