We are hoping that we can apply for some additional funding for the cabin - part of this will be determined by the number of users we are currently supporting.
There is an anonymous snap survey on the front of the cabin fridge and we would really appreciate it if our users could possibly take a minute to fill this out if they are in over the next few weeks.

We received a much needed donation from The Community Foodbank - Skye and Lochalsh today. They generously gave us tins of soup, veg and fruit as well as porridge, coffee and jam.
We are very grateful for this and would like to pass on our thanks 🤗

Its national volunteer’s week from the 1st to 7th June and Skye and Lochalsh Citizens Advice Bureau, (CAB) would like to invite you to an open day on Wednesday 3rd June between 2pm and 5pm, as we celebrate the good work of our volunteers and raise awareness of the charity’s work in the community.

💚 Our Foodshare is busier than usual for this time of year, and we're seeing more people turning to us for support.

If you're able to help, we'd be incredibly grateful for donations of any of the following items:

Lots of tatties and satsumas to be had. Take some for neighbours too!

We have wonderful people who often take surplus items and create soups, jams, etc to reshare back to the cabin. Please feel free to join them if you can make use of the last of the pears too.
