🚨 STARTS THIS WEEK!🚨

Workout before your day starts! Our brand new Strength & Conditioning class launches this Wednesday at 7:15am at the Resolute Dojo in Uckfield High Street.

Whether you’re completely new to training or already active, this class is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and start your day feeling energised before work and daily life take over.

💪 Led by Mercy, a qualified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of coaching experience.
📅 Wednesdays | 7:15am – 8:00am
📍 Resolute Dojo, Uckfield High Street

💷 Pricing:
✅ 5-week term: £40 (works out as 5 sessions for the price of 4)
✅ Pay As You Go: £10 per session

All levels welcome – come and give it a try!

We have been invited to showcase Resolute Martial Arts at this year’s Fletching Bonfire Society Village Fete and I would love as many students as possible to be involved!

This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate what we do, represent the club, build confidence and show the local community what Resolute is all about.

You do not need to be one of our top students to take part. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, grade or experience. The more members we have involved, the bigger and better the demonstration will be!

It makes such a difference having you there, cheering them on during their fights and being there for them at the end. That support really lifts them and helps bring out their best.

HKA Day Show – 19th April 🥊

We had 7 fighters step into the ring and represent us, and what a great, well-run show it was! The team came away with:
3 wins | 2 draws | 2 great learning experiences

Every single fighter did themselves and the club proud.

First up – Elliot
So speedy! Lots of great moments, countering shots really well throughout. Showed brilliant awareness in the ring and kept his composure huge performance to kick the day off.

Second – Bobby
Worked really well pushing forward and made great use of his left hook. Showed real determination and confidence, applying pressure from start to finish.

Third – Yevhenii
Brilliant fight, landing some perfectly timed knees. Sharp, controlled, and composed. He executed his shots really well .

Fourth – Harvey
This was Harvey’s first fight of the day and a great warm-up for him. Settled in nicely and showed good movement set the tone for what was to come later.

Fifth – Dima
First time in the ring and what a performance! Brilliant hand combinations that landed time and time again. Exciting future ahead.

Sixth – Rupert
At just 8 years old and his first time competing, I’m really pleased with his performance. Used the ring well and landed some nice round kicks showed great bravery and listened well.

Seventh – Harvey (second fight)
What a fight! The best I’ve ever seen him, everything came together. The ref awarded this Fight of the Day, and rightly so. Outstanding performance and effort.

Lastly – Scott
It’s always tough having the last fight, especially against a heavy hitter. Scott used the ring well and landed some really nice shots showed resilience and heart right to the end.

I’m incredibly proud of every single one of you. You all represented the club with respect, effort, and determination. Win, lose, or draw this is what it’s all about: learning, growing, and stepping up when it counts.
