A newly opening residential home supporting individuals with physical & learning disabilities is looking for passionate, caring & energetic staff to join our daytime team.

🕕 Shifts: 2 days per week
⏰ 7:00am – 7:00pm
🔄 Flexibility to cover sickness & annual leave is essential

🚗 Full UK driving licence

🌟 Your role will include:
💙 Providing personal care
💊 Administering medication
🏡 Supporting daily living skills
🎉 Taking part in fun activities & social days out

🙌 Experience is beneficial but NOT essential – full training will be provided for the right person!

We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, a big heart, and the passion to make a difference every day.

Good Afternoon Claire,



I wanted to share and highlight the amazing staff in Glandovery Residential home during the decline in health of their beloved resident S.



The staff at Glandovery cared for S with extraordinary compassion, dignity and professionalism right through to the end of her life. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure S was in her own home, comfortable, respected and truly seen as a person and not just a resident. S was never left alone, and her every need was met with love.



It was clear that S was deeply cared for and the dedication shown by the team made a profoundly difficult time more peaceful and reassuring for everyone involved. I was most impressed by how the team advocated for S despite her learning disability.



It was a pleasure to help support Claire, Hannah and the team ❤️

Glandovey Residential Home is looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to join our friendly team supporting adults with learning disabilities.

💙 About the Role:
This is a mostly community-based role, supporting individuals to take part in activities, outings, and everyday opportunities that promote independence and wellbeing. No two days are the same!

🚗 What You’ll Need:
✔️ A full driving licence (essential)
✔️ A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
✔️ A genuine interest in supporting people with learning disabilities

⏰ Hours:
• 4 days per week
• Core hours: 9am – 5pm
• Shift times may vary depending on activities planned
• Overtime opportunities available
