Poppsy is a sweet, affectionate girl who just needs a little time and patience to show you her lovely personality.

This gorgeous girl can be quite nervous in new surroundings, so don't be surprised if she spends her first few days hiding away. But don't let that put you off! Beneath that shy exterior is a loving little soul who really does enjoy affection once she feels safe.

Poppsy likes to take things at her own pace, slowly building trust and confidence with the people around her. Once she's comfortable, she'll happily come over for some fuss and attention, especially if you sit quietly beside her and let her make the first move.

She's looking for a calm, understanding home with someone who won't rush her and will give her the reassurance she needs to blossom.

Poppsy could live with older, respectful children who understand when she needs her own space. We're unsure how she feels about other cats and dogs, but due to her nervous nature, we believe she'd prefer a home without dogs. She could potentially live with another calm, friendly cat, providing introductions are taken slowly.

She would also love a garden to explore once she's fully settled and ready to venture outside, away from busy roads.

Poppsy might not be the cat who comes running to greet you on day one, but give her a little patience and you'll discover a wonderful, affectionate companion who makes earning her trust feel all the more special.

Karly ✅ Accepting applications
Age: 10 Years 6 Months

Karly is a sweet, gentle girl with so much love to give. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she learns to trust you, her affectionate personality really starts to shine.

She absolutely adores a fuss, especially head scratches! She's not particularly interested in toys, but food and treats are definitely the way to her heart. She's also quite the conversationalist, and if you talk to her, she'll happily answer you back!

Karly isn't currently a fan of being picked up, although we suspect this may be down to previously needing regular eye drops, which have understandably made her a little wary of being handled. We hope this will improve as her confidence grows.

At bedtime, Karly's favourite place is snuggled up beside you, purring away happily. She's a lovely companion who just needs a little patience while she finds her confidence.

Karly is believed to have a condition called Horner's syndrome, which affects the nerves controlling certain functions of the eye. It can cause changes such as a drooping eyelid, a smaller pupil or the third eyelid becoming more visible.

Karly has undergone investigations, including blood tests, which were normal, and infectious disease screening, which came back negative. Her eye pressure has also been monitored and is now within the normal range.

Horner's syndrome can sometimes resolve on its own, although in some cats the changes can be permanent. At this stage, we don't know whether Karly's eye will return to normal, but it certainly doesn't stop her from enjoying life! She is no longer requiring any medication.

Karly would be happiest as the only pet in the household, where she can enjoy all the attention for herself. She could live with older, respectful children who understand when she needs her own space.

She would also love a lovely garden to explore once she's fully settled and ready to venture outside, in a home situated away from busy roads.

Above all, Karly is looking for a loving, patient family who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and enjoy all the head scratches and bedtime cuddles she deserves.

Jambon & Pancetta ❌ RESERVED 🥳

Our gorgeous little brother and sister duo, Jambon and Pancetta, are looking for their forever home together!

These two beautiful youngsters are such sweet little souls with so much potential, but they're still finding their feet in the big wide world. They're not aggressive, just a little unsure of themselves and still learning that people, new surroundings and everyday experiences aren't quite as frightening as they might first seem.

Jambon and Pancetta haven't had much experience living in a home, so there's going to be an awful lot for them to discover. From unfamiliar noises and household routines to strange new objects and people, things that we wouldn't think twice about could initially feel rather overwhelming for these little ones.

But underneath those nervous exteriors are two wonderfully sweet, playful kittens who are just waiting for the right opportunity to blossom!

Once they begin to relax and realise they're safe, their lovely personalities start to shine through. They enjoy playing, discovering new things and gradually building their confidence. Sometimes they just need a little extra time to decide that everything is okay before they're brave enough to join in the fun!

We really don't think it'll take these two too long to find their confidence in the right environment. With a little patience, plenty of encouragement and a whole lot of love, we're sure they'll soon be showing off their playful personalities and getting up to all sorts of kitten mischief!

And, of course, having each other for company will make those new experiences a little less daunting. There's something rather lovely about watching two nervous little kittens discover the world together, encouraging one another and finding comfort in a familiar face.

These two need a patient, understanding family who will give them the time and space to settle in at their own pace. Their new home will be a completely new experience, and they'll need people who understand that they might initially hide away, feel nervous or take a little while to trust their surroundings.

They won't need anyone rushing them or expecting instant cuddles. Instead, they'll need gentle encouragement, a predictable routine and the freedom to explore when they feel ready.

And naturally, plenty of tasty treats and lots and lots of toys wouldn't go amiss either!

Jambon and Pancetta could share their new home with other cats or dogs, provided introductions are carried out slowly, carefully and safely, allowing everyone time to adjust.

As so much of the world is still new to them, we feel they'd be better suited to a home with slightly older, understanding children who can appreciate when the kittens need a little peace and quiet. We wouldn't want them to feel overwhelmed while they're still building their confidence.

Eventually, once they're completely settled, feeling confident and a little bit bigger, these two would absolutely love the opportunity to explore the great outdoors again. They'll therefore need a home with access to a safe garden, well away from busy roads, where they can enjoy their adventures when the time is right.

Jambon and Pancetta might need a little more patience at the beginning than some other kittens, but that certainly doesn't make them any less wonderful. They're two lovely youngsters with their whole lives ahead of them, and we can't wait to see the happy, confident cats they'll become.

All they really need is someone willing to give them a chance, celebrate those little milestones and love them for exactly who they are while they find their feet.

If you've got the time, patience, plenty of treats, a good collection of toys and, most importantly, lots of love to give, then Jambon and Pancetta might just be the perfect little pair for you!

Age: 6 Years 1 Months

Our lovely Scott is looking for a very special forever home!

Scott is such a sweet, gentle boy who really doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He's a lovely little soul who has been making wonderful progress in foster care, slowly learning that people aren't quite as scary as he once thought. He's come such a long way already, and we're incredibly proud of him!

Scott is still a rather shy gentleman who struggles with his confidence, and his trusty cat cave remains one of his favourite places to be. It's his little safe space where he can watch the world go by without feeling overwhelmed. However, with time, patience and gentle encouragement, he's beginning to realise that there's a whole world of lovely things waiting for him outside of it!

Once he's feeling comfortable, Scott really does enjoy affection. He loves a gentle head rub, a scratch under his chin and even a lovely cuddle when he's feeling brave enough. He's becoming more trusting as the days go by, and watching those little moments of confidence appear is incredibly rewarding.

He's also developed some rather sweet little routines in his foster home. He loves sitting on the windowsill, watching the world outside, and is often found there when his fosterer returns from walking the dog. He's certainly not a fussy eater either, happily enjoying his wet food, with cat milk and Dreamies being particular favourites!

And while Scott might seem like a quiet, reserved little gentleman during the day, apparently he's got quite the secret nightlife! Once the house has settled down for the evening, he comes out to play with his toys. His fosterer can hear him having a wonderful time, and by morning, his toys are scattered all over the floor. Clearly, there's a playful little character hiding underneath all that shyness!

Scott needs a very patient, understanding family who will allow him to be exactly who he wants to be. We're not looking for someone who expects an instant lap cat or who will try to rush him into being more confident than he's ready for.

We're looking for someone who will give him the freedom to blossom at his own pace, celebrate the little victories and understand that some days he might want affection, while other days he'd rather enjoy his own company from the comfort of his favourite hiding place.

And that's absolutely fine!

Scott doesn't need to become a super cuddly, outgoing cat to be loved. He deserves a home where he's accepted for the wonderful little boy he already is, with no expectations or pressure to be anything else.

Because of his nervous nature, Scott will need a quiet, adult-only home with no other cats or dogs. Somewhere peaceful and predictable, where he can build his confidence without too much going on around him.

Eventually, once he's completely settled, confident and ready, we'd love for Scott to have the opportunity to explore the outdoors. For this reason, he'll need a home in a fairly quiet location, well away from busy roads, where he can safely enjoy his adventures when the time is right.

Scott really is a beautiful little soul who just needs someone willing to give him a chance. He's already shown us how much progress he can make when he's given patience, kindness and understanding, and we can't wait to see how much further he'll blossom in a home of his very own.

His forever family might have to work a little harder to earn his trust, but we think those first little headbumps, cuddles and moments of confidence will make it all worthwhile.

Working Cats for alternative homes!

Not every cat wants to curl up on a sofa or be fussed over by humans. Some of our cats are much happier living independently, with the freedom to explore and enjoy life on their own terms.

We're always looking for suitable farms, stables, smallholdings and rural properties that could offer our feral and semi-feral cats a safe, permanent home.

What do we provide?

All our cats are neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and fully vet checked before leaving our care. If they need dental work or any other veterinary treatment, we'll make sure they receive it before heading off to their new homes.

We'll also provide everything you need for their initial settling-in period, including crates, bedding, food and other essentials. You won't need to worry about sourcing equipment or getting everything ready on your own!

We'll also provide advice on settling them into their new environment and ongoing support if you need it.

What do we expect from you?

A safe, dry and sheltered place for the cats to sleep and escape bad weather.

Daily food and fresh water. Although they may enjoy hunting, they must never be expected to survive on what they catch.

A secure area where they can be contained for an initial settling-in period, usually around 4 weeks, before being allowed to roam.

A suitable location away from busy roads and other significant dangers.

Someone who can check on them daily, monitor their health and arrange veterinary treatment when necessary.

Patience and understanding. Some of these cats may never want human interaction, and that's absolutely fine!

Could you offer an alternative home?

These cats aren't necessarily looking for affection or a warm lap. They're looking for somewhere safe, with regular meals, shelter and someone willing to look out for them without expecting anything in return.

Whether you have a farm, stables, a smallholding or another suitable rural property, we'd love to hear from you.
