Torbay Mods Scooter Club is a vibrant community of Lambretta and Vespa enthusiasts based in South Devon, welcoming riders from across the region. Founded in 2007 by Paul Savin, Mike Edwards, and Stan Burton (“Stan the Man”), the club was created to unite scooter lovers through ride-outs, rallies, and social events. Although Stan sadly passed away in 2011, his legacy lives on in the club’s spirit a
nd charitable efforts, including donations to Rowcroft Hospice.

Weekly meetups: Typically held on Wednesday nights at Torquay Harbour, open to anyone interested in joining. Ride-outs and rallies: Regular events across South Devon and beyond, including scenic trips to places like Buckfastleigh and Totnes. Membership perks:
