Oh my goodness… I can’t believe we’re heading into the last week of May which means we’ve got just over 2 months to hit our target of supporting Assistance Dog Raleigh before, after 7.5 years, Team Raleigh CIC attends their final POP at HMS Raleigh!

As most of you know, I’m currently studying towards my Level 6 BTEC in Advanced Clinical Massage, and I’ve now entered my third and final year — a big milestone!

As part of this final stage, I’ll be carrying out a small-scale research project exploring the effects of the Jing Method of massage for adults living with PTSD.

Through both my personal experience and working with clients, I’ve seen just how powerful massage can be for mental wellbeing — helping to ease stress, calm the nervous system, and support overall emotional balance. It’s something I feel incredibly passionate about, and I’m excited to explore this further through my research.
