Next up on our cast list is someone who is usually a director for our shows…
The fabulous Caroline Foot is taking on the part of Ruth; an emotionally abused member of the WI who finds her own self confidence through the help of the women around her. She is Marie’s right hand woman and always eager to please those around her.

Calendar Girls; A heart-warming, emotional, and comedic musical. The death of a much-loved husband from leukaemia, prompts a group of ordinary women from a small Yorkshire Women’s Institute to defy social etiquette and create a tasteful n**e calendar to raise money to buy a new sofa for the cancer wing at the hospital. 🏥 Upturning theirs and others’ preconceptions, none of the women of the Knapeley WI expect the emotional journey that will test their friendships and values, facing personal growth, empowerment, self-belief and emotional ramifications.
Gradually though, the making of the fabulous and funny calendar brings each woman unexpectedly into bloom. 🍒🍑
