We do not have to carve and waste pumpkins! We can make them cute, or scary 😨 with other crafty methods and use the pumpkins after the 31st in a delicious recipe.

We will have lots of recipes available for you during our community meal, and even of you do not decorate or carve a pumpkin now is a perfect opportunity to buy cheaply priced pumpkins and use them in a healthy way!

This is the third in a series of events we will hold annually from Thetford Ex Service Men's Club, following the successes of our Dementia UK fundraiser in May and Stroke Association fundraiser in August. We thank the efforts of our club committee, staff, and notably Julie Faben for her organisation in working with the club to host these much-needed charitable occasions.

🧠 Every year 1 in 4 of us in Britain will experience a mental health problem.
🏥 Over 2 million people are waiting for NHS mental health services in England.
🔹 Since 2017 the number of young people struggling with mental health has almost doubled.
