We are looking for a Hall Manager/Project Manager - a paid position for 6 months to begin with, 10 hours a week, that would require someone living in (or near) Tarbert to run the Hall (handle online bookings, keeping tabs on the upkeep, heaters, bins, etc -- we already have a cleaner-- any problems that might arise -- and in addition come up with ideas and support for developing new programmes, courses and activities that we could offer. One of your first tasks on the "Project Manager" side would be to find funding to ensure your job could continue beyond those initial 6 months.
