Busy baking day ready for Penclawdd market this Saturday - this little beauty is being collected early tomorrow for a weekend break - roasted tomatoes , shallots, Parmesan cheese and basil encased in a crisp gluten free pastry. We will have some mini quiches available on Saturday 😋

It's been a quiet time on social media but a busy time behind the scenes - new bakery is almost finished - along with new ovens there's a new blast chiller/freezer to get my head around 😬. Fingers crossed 🤞I'll be up and running again in 10 days and back to delivering fresh bread and baked goods to my lovely customers - until then I have AI to show me a glimpse of my vision 😂. Hoping to see some you at Penclawdd market on the 20th ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Penclawdd Community Centre’s AGM this evening.

It was wonderful to come together and celebrate the incredible people who make our community centre such a special place. Many of those in attendance are the volunteers who dedicate their time, energy and passion to running the wide range of activities and groups that call the centre home.

From Cuppa Club to Short Mat Bowls, Irish Dance to rugby and football, the WI to dog training, yoga, the North Gower Food Hub, Gower Voluntary Transport, Welsh classes, and so much more – our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do.

Volunteers are the beating heart of Penclawdd Community Centre. Without their dedication, commitment and generosity, the centre simply would not be able to thrive and serve our community in the way it does.

As we celebrate Volunteers’ Week, please join us in saying a massive THANK YOU to our tiny but mighty team of volunteers. Your hard work, kindness and community spirit make all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do.

Everyone welcome, come and join us we’d appreciate your support. The Community Centre is run by a tiny team of volunteers, your support would make a huge difference in our local community. Meeting are around 1 hour once per month on the first Monday at 7pm
