Come join us at our next group meeting June 10th 7-8.30 pm , Trallwm Hall where you’ll get the opportunity to put your menopause questions to a GP to answer.

If you are thinking of coming along but maybe feel a bit unsure or shy, don’t be, we would love to see you there and have you as part of our group. ❤️

Another brilliant morning at Trallwm Community Hall, today we celebrated our Chair Peter's 75th birthday with a surprise birthday buffet , it was lovely to enjoy the celebrations with some lovely friends and listen to the laughter and chats , big thanks to the Trallwm Hall C.A.F.E Group for organising, Kelly for another lovely buffet, Rose for her baking lovely cakes, Dewi for distracting Pete while banners and buffet was sorted 🤣 and to all who came to celebrate especially our two tiny tots 🥳 🎉 🎊 🍾 😀 "Happy birthday Pete xx"
