The final meeting of the season at Canderside concluded with a full attendance. It was great to welcome some new players to the club and nice to see a few new faces among the audience. We would like to thank everyone who has supported the club throughout the season, and we look forward to your return on October 8th, 2026. Wishing you all a pleasant summer ahead.

Tomorrow night Thursday 12th March 2026 we have the pleasure of welcoming the Occasionals to the club, Freeland Barbour will be joined by Malcolm Jones, Gus Millar and Kevin MacLeod. The club is open to everyone who wants to enjoy a fabulous night of traditional music in a fantastic venue. Doors open at 6:20 pm, with the evening’s proceedings starting at 7 pm. The event takes place at the Stonehouse Bowling Club, Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire. Tea and coffee will be served during the interval which is included in the entrance fee of only £5. Free entry for players.

🎶 NAAFC FESTIVAL 2026 🪗 COMING TO GLASGOW! 🎶

We’re delighted to help spread the word about the 52nd National Association of Accordion & Fiddle Clubs Festival, coming to Glasgow on 7th March 2026 at Partick Burgh Hall!

✨ Junior, adult, solo & group competitions
✨ Trade stalls & bar
