⚽️ WHAT DO SCOUTS LOOK FOR IN A PRE-ACADEMY PLAYER? 👀

Parents and young players, this one’s for you! 🙌

At our recent Talent ID Showcase, we caught up with the Pre-Academy Manager at Blackpool FC to find out what scouts look for in young pre-academy players. 🎥

Pre-academy football gives children below academy registration age the chance to develop their skills, often through coaching linked to a professional club. It can help prepare players for their next steps, although it doesn’t guarantee an academy place.

This is a great opportunity to hear directly from someone working in pre-academy football, so give it a watch! 👏

📲 Share with a football parent or young player who would find this useful!

Keep an eye out for more from our scout series, coming soon! ⚽️
