Could you lead a youth unit in Stalham and Sutton?

MTC Stalham / Sutton is looking for a Unit Officer to take charge of our local unit. It runs two weekday evenings a week, 6:30pm to 8:30pm, and the cadets, aged 9 to 17, get to try first aid, navigation, fieldcraft and outdoor challenges. For a lot of them it's a chance to try things they wouldn't otherwise get to.

No armed forces or cadet background needed. If you're reliable, good with young people and happy to take charge, we'll teach you the rest. Full training is provided, we cover your DBS check and uniform, and there's an MTC team behind you.

It would also be great if you could join the unit at weekend training and camps, so the cadets get the full experience.
