Now Ghost Train is 'finished' I would like to take it back to Great Eastern Models some time to show them it. This is it when we took the Tim Horn baseboard in so we could measure up track for it.

Got Snowy Pines running today ready for the Xmas Lights Switch-On Nov 27th in Stalham. Steam generator needed a coax but the rest of it just worked. Nice model.

They say a model railway is never finished. Perhaps true but I like to put a line under a layout when I feel it is complete. Mind you something niggled on Ghost Train, so I knew it wasn't done. It was Sweeney Todd. He wasn't from the classic Hammer Horror period, and I needed something there that was. Presenting Dr Jeckyl in the middle of his transformation to Mr Hyde. That'll do nicely. Ok I know the zombies are a bit more modern but they form the central characters, and I think it all works. Great thing about this model railway is we can run what we want. Rivet-counters won't bother me. Also I have made bespoke music for it. 15 tracks all singing about the model (using Songer). One track sung about goblins, so I am adding three of those. Phew. Is it done? Well for now.....
