The heat health alert for the East of England has been upgraded to amber from 2pm today (22 May) until 5pm on 28 May, with temperatures set to soar over the next few days.

While we hope people enjoy the warm weather, please remember to do so safely and look out for others who may be at a higher risk of becoming unwell.

If you have to go outside, try to keep out of the sun between 11am and 3pm when it’s at its hottest, walk in the shade, apply sunscreen regularly, wear a hat and light clothes, and drink plenty of water.

Staying indoors? Keep your home cool by closing windows and curtains in rooms that face the sun. β˜€οΈ

New Youth Group in St Ives: Rebuild, Share, Connect

We're also looking for volunteer support, so if you'd be interested in supporting our local young people, please reach out.
