Did anyone tune into Jamie Oliver ‘s 20 Minute Meals last night? 👀

He got a teensy bit excited about our Baron Bigod, which got us a teensy bit excited too…

“This is a British one. Delicious, utterly delicious. This is winning awards and I love all of that... This cheese is so outrageous... It’s got that savoury, cabbagy, funky, deep umami, gorgeous, silky, creamy, custardy... I don’t know... like floral notes, like savoury...It’s so good... If you could, you’d melt a load down in your bath and you’d get in it. It’s just delicious.”

Jamie Oliver THANK YOU for the wonderful reivew. If you provide the bath, we’ll provide the cheese...
