It may only be October but....CHRISTMAS IS COMING✨🎄

It’s a bit early to mention the C-word but we thought we’d give you plenty of notice for our Christmas Craft Fair at the Village Hall this November.

There will be a lovely selection of handmade crafts, gifts and festive goodies. It’s the perfect chance to find something a little different, support local crafters and get a head start on your Christmas shopping (or just pretend you’re being organised! 😉).

P.S. We promise not to mention Easter just yet… 🐣😂 but we would like to mention another festive treat to look forward to on December the 12th when St Michael's Church are holding a festive classical guitar ensemble for you all to enjoy🎄

☕Coffee, Cake & Hot Buttered Toast 🍞

Fancy a cuppa, a slice of cake and a bit of a natter?

Come along to our Coffee & Cake Morning at the Village Hall tomorrow, from 10am to 2pm.

There'll be plenty of tea and coffee, some delicious cakes – and if cake isn't quite enough to tempt you, we'll even have hot buttered toast 😋

🚶‍♀️Walkers, dog walkers and cyclists are all welcome, so why not make us part of your route? There's space to lock up your bike while you enjoy a well-earned cuppa and cake.

A friendly welcome awaits all – hope to see you there! ☕🍰🚲🐕

Coffee, cake and a bit of culture at the village hall this Friday. 📸

Come along to our coffee morning from 10am until 2pm in the Small Hall. Pop in for a cuppa, a slice of something nice and a good chat with friends and neighbours. 😊

Meanwhile, there will be a Photography Exhibition running in the large hall from 10am until 5pm, so you can have a browse while you enjoy your coffee and cake.

Then, from 2pm until 5pm, the photography exhibition will continue in the small hall too, giving you even more to see.

So, whether you’re popping in for coffee and cake, coming along to see the photography, or doing both, we’d love to see you!

📸 Photography Exhibition: 10am–5pm large hall
☕🍰 Coffee & Cake: 10am–2pm small hall
📸 Photography continues in the small hall: 2pm–5pm

This Friday at Skidby Village Hall — everyone welcome.

The Photography Exhibition will be held at the village hall from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th of September.

Thanks to everyone who came along to our quiz night last night. Between the admissions and raffle we raised a good amount for the village hall. With plenty of essential maintenance but also improvements planned, this all goes to helping to ensure the future of this important community resource.

Thanks also to all the volunteers who helped organise and promote this event and all who helped us tidy up last night.

Our next event is the Christmas Craft Fayre on Sunday 29th November.
