MADE IN SHROPSHIRE A unique collaboration of artists, makers and food producers who live and work in Shropshire.

Made in Shropshire is run by the makers for the makers and they select new members carefully to ensure a diverse range of quality, skilfully crafted, creative products made in the lovely county of Shropshire. The Made in Shropshire group came into existance in 2005 as a collaboration between Women in Rural Enterprise (WiRE) and the Shropshire Rural Hub as a way of developing a marketplace for smal

l, unique art, craft and food businesses in Shropshire. Initially nurtured and still linked to the Shropshire Rural Hub, Made in Shropshire members now regularly showcase their products at the monthly Fair in The Square in Shrewsbury (2nd Saturday of the month) as well as other events booked throughout the year - see website for details.

Anyway, enough of all these wildlife distractions! Back to work . . . this tall stool has now gone to it's new home and joins a chair and a couple of small stools bought at the RHS Malvern Spring Show.
We're having a bit of a run on tall stools just now - everyone seems to have bought mass-produced stools for their kitchens and found them very uncomfortable. There's nothing like sitting in the kitchen with a glass of wine while someone cooks a meal and so you do need to a stool that's comfortable enough for an hour or two at least - handmade's the way to go!

Open 9am - 5pm
FREE to visit
All our stallholders make their own products locally, no mass produced generic products here!
We are fully booked for makers this year, but if you would like to apply for the future, please visit our website for full joining details.
This is an outdoor event so it may be cancelled at short notice if strong winds or dangerous conditions are forecast.
