Boogie With Benny is a joyful dance & movement class for all abilities 💃🕺
This isn’t about getting the steps “right” or being perfect — it’s about letting go, creating energy, building confidence, and tapping into joy.

You choose your own energy level, move in a way that feels good for you, and leave feeling fabulous ✨

Each class includes:
🌬️ Breathwork to ground and energise
💫 Movement to shift energy and boost confidence
🧠 Simple life tools you can take away with you
🤍 A lovely, welcoming community feel
😊 Space to let go, have fun, and just be yourself
