Many thanks to everyone who came today/bought a duck and for supporting the hall.

It’s always a bit of a tight squeeze to get everyone back in the hall post duck race for the teas but we managed again.

Thank you to everyone who come along the hall today for the teas, bought raffle tickets, donated home-bakes or helped in anyway, it is very much appreciated ❤️

A total will be announced shortly.

Special thanks goes to Enquest for donating the £100 prize, Tesco for donating the Easter eggs, gin and some raffle prizes, Harry’s for donating a raffle prize, NorthLink for donating a voucher for the raffle and Tulloch Developments & Jarmsons for covering the costs of the teas.

⭐️Please come to our market to support these local small businesses and sellers next Saturday⭐️
We have an amazing line-up at our April Da Muckle Market. You won’t want to miss it, trust me🤩

We will be over on the West side at Bixter Hall from 11am-4pm.

Returning sellers and makers:

Lizzie Peterson Sea Joolz- selling a variety of handmade jewellery from Seaglass, shells and stones handpicked from Shetland beaches.

Jenna Murray- selling handmade crochet items and gifts.

Meleri Mair Art - original artworks and sea-combing crafts. Paint-by-number sets and vouchers for my classes and events. New Paint sets 🤩

Old to New- will be selling handmade cards, pictures and tags with buttons.

Princess Peach’s Prints - a young lassie selling 3D collectables - lots of ornaments and gifts she’s made, and some she has painted.

Roadside Bakes- selling a variety of homemade bakes.

Refreshments- we will be serving up tea/coffee, soup and sandwiches for folk to enjoy during their market visit. There will also be tables and chairs for you to sit and eat.

New sellers and makers to the market:

Ella Mae Laurenson- Selling a variety of handmade bracelets and keyrings.

Ruby’s Crochet- selling a variety of handmade crochet items.

Ragnar Whitesmithing- selling a variety of handmade cast metal jewellery and miniatures.

Boanie Riggit- selling a variety of handmade children’s clothing.

Peerie Breeks Textiles- selling stock from Peerie isles, crafts and homebakes.

Burning Bouquets and Tropic Skincare- selling cards made with dried flowers, they are a gift in the giving but also for the recipient to write their own wishes, which are then released on the burning. Also selling a variety of Tropic skincare products.

Aister ‘oo’- 100% native Shetland Yarn and yarn products from their Croft in Cunningsburgh.

Handmade by Haley- selling a variety of floral resin items, jewellery, earrings, trinket trays etc.
