13/6/26 Somerset

After two cancelations the Somerset flock were due to be sheared this afternoon but unfortunately i had to cancel the shearer once more.
Yesterday, on my way to the Dorset flock I crashed my car and it's sat in the field with the residents as the radiator is leaking.
Thankfully my landlord drove me home to Somerset.

However I now have no way to get to either the Somerset or Dorset location.

In all honesty it ended one of the worse weeks I've ever had.

I obviously hope the car is fixable and I am soon able to see and check all of the residents as not being able to see them is extremely stressful.

I need the residents at home but that is not possible living in social housing.
Somerset location is 20mins in the car, Dorset location is 1hour in the car. If it wasn't for the sanctuary i wouldn't have or wouldn't need a car.

And please no negative comments about shearing, I honestly am doing my best in my circumstances which are very difficult outside of the sanctuary. However sometimes things are out of my control and I can assure you there are plenty of sheep around the UK that haven't yet been sheared.

Please, if you have a way of helping me to have the sanctuary and myself together let me know. I know I've been talking about this for years but it doesn't hurt for me to put it out there again.

I feel as though I'm hanging on by a thread with the sanctuary at the moment and they need me and I need them.
