Many families are still feeling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Home-Start Royston, Buntingford and South Cambridgeshire are reaching out to local families with children aged 9 or under, who might want some extra support to reduce anxiety and loneliness, through these challenging times. We can offer free, confidential support for families in Royston, Buntingford and their surrounding villages

We had a great day on Saturday at the Melbourn Fete!
Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the Home-Start Royston, Buntingford and South Cambridgeshire refreshment stall. It was lovely to see so many people and be part of such a well-run community event.
We’d like to say a big thank you to those who helped make it possible:

Chas at the Melbourn CO-OP for the produce.
Leech & Sons Butchers for the bacon.
Community at Royston Tesco Extra for the fizzy drinks.
Anna and Andy from the Melbourn Fete Committee for organising such a well-run and accommodating event.

Also, a big thank you to all our amazing volunteers who gave their time on the day, as well as our wonderful bakers and those who brought cakes and drinks from us it really did make a difference.
A really enjoyable day all round – we’re very grateful to everyone involved. ☕🍰

✨ What a wonderful Literary Lunch at The Bull Hotel last week! ✨
We were delighted to welcome back the brilliant Hannah Beckerman as our guest author. Hannah captivated the room with her warmth, insight, and engaging storytelling, sharing the inspiration behind her writing and the stories within her books. It was truly a pleasure to hear her speak.
A huge thank you as always to the wonderful Jude Simpson , who hosted the Q&A so beautifully. As this was Jude’s final Literary Lunch as our Poet in Residence, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the warmth, wit, and creativity she has bought to all of these events, making them truly memorable!
Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day. Your support means so much and enables us to continue helping local families when they need us most.
