Hi to All Our Members, Past & Present, Surrogates & Couples,
This is a gentle reminder to secure your tickets for our farewell celebration, which is now just six weeks away. Please do not delay purchasing your tickets, as time is ticking by.
As we prepare to conclude our journey in September, we are certain that many of you will wish to seize the opportunity to commemorate our remarkable accomplishments.
Our final farewell party is scheduled for Saturday, 13th September, at Woburn Safari Park. Tickets are available directly from me and must be settled in advance. The cost is £70.00 per adult and £50.00 per child aged 3 to 12. Children under 3 attend free of charge. This price encompasses entry to the safari park at 10 AM, followed by a celebration at their splendid venue, The Lodge, from 12:30 PM until 6 PM, featuring a delightful BBQ buffet. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee will be provided, alongside a licensed bar. It promises to be a fabulous day out for the entire family.
We would be thrilled to see all of you there, as it is sure to be a joyous occasion.
Please enquire whether your surrogate or intended parents are able to attend as well. You might consider extending an invitation; it could be a wonderful opportunity for a reunion.

I require a list of names of all attendees, as this will serve as your ticket into the park on the day of the event. If you are bringing children, I will also need to know their ages. The safari park will maintain a list of all guests attending the COTS party, and they will check you off the list as you arrive. This is the sole method by which you will gain access without incurring an additional fee.
Please remit the appropriate amount to the COTS bank account; details are provided below. Kindly use your membership number as a reference for your BACS payment. If you are uncertain of your number, please do not hesitate to email me for assistance.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please mention them as well.
