📣 ROYDON VILLAGE MARKET NEEDS YOU!

For many years, a small group of brilliant volunteers has kept Roydon Village Market going every month. Now, we’d love a few more people to get involved and help us keep it thriving.

You don’t need to commit lots of time, take on a formal role or even help every month. We’re simply looking for some extra pairs of hands in the run-up to and on market days.

You could help with things like:

📱 Marketing & promotion – social media, posters and spreading the word
💬 Stallholder communications – helping us keep everyone organised
🛍️ Market days – setting up, packing away and helping things run smoothly
💡 Ideas & odd jobs – have a skill or an idea that could make the market even better? We’d love to hear it!

It’s a great way to get involved in village life, meet more local people, make new friends and help create something that matters to the community.

Even a little bit of your time could make a big difference. ❤️

🍂 Roydon Village Market returns on Saturday 14th November!

Join us for another busy morning at the Village Hall with lots of your favourite local stalls selling food, plants, gifts, crafts and more.

✨ Something special this month: Katie will also be hosting a Christmas Stained Glass Gift Workshop at the market. Create your own beautiful handmade stained glass gift – perfect to keep or give to someone this Christmas.

Brick Lock Orchard will be at Roydon Market with our c***r tomorrow. Last of the year for us, so come along for a sup whilst stocks last!

🍂 Lots happening at Roydon Village Market tomorrow!

We’ve got a great line-up for October, with lots of your favourite stalls returning, some new stalls to discover, and our free Halloween crafts from 10AM–12PM. 🎃 It’s shaping up to be one of our busiest autumn markets, so there should be plenty to browse, taste and take home.

There’s also a chance to catch up on an important village matter while you’re there. Representatives from Roydon Parish Council will be attending and can talk to residents about the current Dandara planning application for housing at Temple Farm. With comments closing on 13 October, there’s still time to find out more and submit your views.

🍂 October is a bumper month at Roydon Village Market!

Join us on Saturday 10th October for a brilliant autumn market, with lots of stallholders, all your usual local favourites and plenty to browse, eat, drink and take home.

Plus this month we have three new stalls:

The Fidget Den

🎃 And this month there’s something extra: FREE Halloween crafts from 10AM–12PM, suitable for all ages.

Thank you so much to all who had the chance to support today’s market. It was another lovely time bringing the community together.

Here are the dates for the rest of the year. Refreshments will be c/o Karen and Andy in aid of St Peter’s next month. Look forward to seeing you then!

Looking forward to market tomorrow!

There will be lots of shopping opportunities and another chance for the little ones to enjoy story time and magic in the small hall.

We’ll have bread, cheese, meat, fish, veg, olives, cakes, b**r, w**e, c***r, honey, jams and chutneys, jewellery, craft, greetings cards, books and Neighbourhood Watch, along with our Neighbourhood Police Team who will be joining us from 10am-noon.

Why not stop by for a cuppa and a shop before heading out? Hopefully see you then!
