Grateful thanks to Rotherham Council on Wednesday evening, who kindly remembered us and brought down the food remaining from their buffet. It's great when we all work together for the people of Rotherham.

SAFE HAVEN ROTHERHAM – it's a while since we wrote this and worth a reminder.

Safe Haven Mission Statement

Our Aim is to provide practical, emotional and spiritual support to anyone in need regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity or religion.

We will do this by providing food and drink to the hungry and thirsty. We will provide hygiene supplies and clothing where possible. We will provide sign-posting to local organisations who can help in the longer term.

We will endeavour to provide appropriate food, being sensitive to special dietary needs.

We will treat all our ‘friends’ with respect and understanding, always behaving in a non-judgemental way and without favouritism.

We will provide a non-judgemental listening ear for those who just need to talk and offer Christian support to those who wish this.

We will assist our friends of other ethnicities or religion to access spiritual support appropriate to their needs.

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the teams at Morrisons Parkgate and Morrisons Bramley for their incredible support.

A special thank you to Jenny at Morrisons Parkgate for kindly providing us with a weekly donation bag. Your continued generosity helps us support homeless people and those in need within our community.

An extra special shout-out goes to Michelle at Morrisons Bramley, who has truly gone above and beyond by donating a shopping trolley full of food and toiletries. Thanks to your amazing generosity we can put together Goodie Bag Parcels filled with essential food and hygiene items for homeless people and families facing hardship.

Your kindness, compassion, and community spirit are making a real difference to people's lives.

On behalf of everyone at Safe Haven, and all those who benefit from your donations, thank you for helping us bring hope and support to those who need it most.💙
