What a lovely busy afternoon we had today. We welcomed back some Gigglers we haven’t seen in a while and said hi to some new Gigglers. 😊

First we had the lovely Amy talking about our health then we played Charades and finished off with exercising our upper bodies with the parachute.
Thank you to Amy for giving up her spare time and thank you to our Gigglers for coming along each week supporting our happy group. ❤️
