The PTA is an open, fun and friendly group of parents, teachers and staff, working towards a common goal; supporting the education of the children at our school and strengthening the school community. Each and every Parent or Carer of a pupil at Prince Avenue Academy & Nursery, along with all of the Teachers and Staff are automatically a member of our PTA. All members are very welcome to join us a
t our monthly meetings, which are held on the first Monday of each month in the Children’s Centre at 9.15am. Young children are very welcome, and there are always hot drinks and snacks available. What is the PTA? By planning, organising and running fundraising events and activities, we are able to provide additional support and resources for all of the children, as well as creating valuable opportunities to bring our families and communities together. Our aim is to enrich our children’s school experience by any means possible. The Team

The team is growing every month. At every meeting there are new faces, and this is what we like to see! Come and join us and see what you think. What can you do to help? Without your support, we cannot run our events and activities, and we are tremendously grateful for any help you can offer. This could be your time at an event, baking a cake for a sale, donating items for one of our appeals, attending meetings, supporting us by having fun at our events with your family, telling us your fundraising ideas or simply sharing one of our posts for donations or public events. Perhaps you have a particular skill which you feel would be of benefit to the PTA or the School. If this applies to you, we are very keen to hear about it. However you feel able to help us, we would like to hear from you. No offer is too small. Let's work together, and promote happiness within our community.
