Prince Avenue Academy & Nursery PTA We fundraise by organising events and activities. Welcome to Prince Avenue Academy & Nursery PTA, also known as PAAN PTA. We are keen to grow our community.

The PTA is an open, fun and friendly group of parents, teachers and staff, working towards a common goal; supporting the education of the children at our school and strengthening the school community. Each and every Parent or Carer of a pupil at Prince Avenue Academy & Nursery, along with all of the Teachers and Staff are automatically a member of our PTA. All members are very welcome to join us at our monthly meetings, which are held on the first Monday of each month in the Children’s Centre at 9.15am. Young children are very welcome, and there are always hot drinks and snacks available. What is the PTA? By planning, organising and running fundraising events and activities, we are able to provide additional support and resources for all of the children, as well as creating valuable opportunities to bring our families and communities together. Our aim is to enrich our children’s school experience by any means possible. The Team
We currently have three elected positions:
Chair - Lisa Llewellyn
Treasurer - Sarah Grimwood
Secretary - Laura Sandgrove
Volunteers
The team is growing every month. At every meeting there are new faces, and this is what we like to see! Come and join us and see what you think. What can you do to help? Without your support, we cannot run our events and activities, and we are tremendously grateful for any help you can offer. This could be your time at an event, baking a cake for a sale, donating items for one of our appeals, attending meetings, supporting us by having fun at our events with your family, telling us your fundraising ideas or simply sharing one of our posts for donations or public events. Perhaps you have a particular skill which you feel would be of benefit to the PTA or the School. If this applies to you, we are very keen to hear about it. However you feel able to help us, we would like to hear from you. No offer is too small. Let's work together, and promote happiness within our community.

Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to everyone in our community that celebrates today! 💙 🎉

As we prepare for our Summer Fete, we are asking for your support to help make the event a fantastic success for our children.

We would be incredibly grateful for any donations you can provide, including:

🎟 Tombola Prizes – We are looking for unwanted, new or nearly-new items that would make suitable tombola prizes.

🎁 Raffle Prizes – If you, your employer, or someone you know may be willing to donate a raffle prize, we would love to hear from you. In appreciation of any business donation, we would be delighted to acknowledge and promote the business as part of our thanks.

🌈 Rainbow Hamper Donations – We also need donations for our popular Rainbow Hampers. Each year group has been assigned a colour, and we would appreciate donations of items that match your child's year group's colour. Please see the attached images for details of the colours and suggested items.

To help us organise the fete, we kindly ask that all donations are brought into school by Thursday 18th June.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us raise valuable funds for the school and creates a wonderful event for our school community.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. We couldn't do it without you!

Kind regards,

Your PTA Team ❤️
